Joe has spent the entirety of his career in the tenant improvement industry in greater Seattle. During this time, he has successfully completed projects in many of the buildings in Seattle and on the Eastside, and has earned an honest reputation as someone who can get the job done.  Joe excels in business development, estimating, scheduling and business management, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He serves as an invaluable resource for project personnel and ensures that the highest level of service is provided to our clients.

In his free time, Joe enjoys attending Husky football games, socializing with friends and taking his family on boating adventures.

 Leslie Neihart, AIA  |   Senior Project Manager

Leslie has a broad base of experience that has helped our organization in many ways. Working in varying roles on construction teams and on projects ranging in size from small works to $38 million, she has developed valuable organizational and management skills that benefit any project with which she is involved.

When she's not at work, Leslie enjoys working on home restoration projects, watching baseball and spending time with her family.

 Jeff lawson  |   Project Manager

Jeff brings a variety of skills and experience to Metropolitan Contracting.  He started his career as an owner’s representative for new construction, and  has an excellent understanding of how to manage highly efficient and streamlined projects.  Jeff's straightforward approach and strong subcontractor relationships are unvarying contributors to his positive project outcomes.

In his spare time, Jeff plays hockey, spends time outside and generally tries to watch and/or attend as many sporting events as his schedule allows.
