Metropolitan Contracting LLC is a Seattle-based general construction contractor specializing in commercial and high rise environments.  We are a smaller organization offering the project management, scheduling and supervision abilities of a much larger company. 

Our management protocol ensures a consistent approach to all projects we oversee.  Whether we are tracking submittals, processing requests for information or expediting the handling of change estimates, Metropolitan Contracting LLC takes the same professional approach to all projects, regardless of size. We believe that our proactive, structured methodology and our attention to detail greatly reduce the chance of schedule and cost surprises for our clients.  Additionally, the efficiency created by our size and management approach is reflected in costs on both competitively bid and negotiated projects alike.

Tenant improvement projects can have challenging schedules and budgets.
