What is the typical timeline for a project?

Every project is different, but a typical tenant improvement can run anywhere from six to ten weeks. Multiple factors including permitting, custom finishes, specialty design elements, and other specifications can all impact the project duration.

Where is your service area?

Many of our projects are in Downtown Seattle, but we also serve businesses throughout the Puget Sound region. Our area of service extends to Everett, Bothell, Tacoma, Issaquah, and West Seattle.

What type of work do you specialize in?

Our specialty at Metropolitan Contracting is commercial interiors. This includes corporate offices, retail spaces, spas, restaurants, athletic facilities, seismic retrofits, historic renovations, medical facilities, industrial construction, and more.

Are there any types of projects you don’t do?

Our area of expertise is in Seattle-area commercial construction, and we do not take on out-of-state or residential projects at this time.
