Joe has over 24 years of experience in the Puget Sound construction market, and is actively involved in all major projects from pre-construction through final tenant occupancy. Joe excels in business development, estimating, scheduling and business management, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He serves as an invaluable resource for project personnel and ensures that the highest level of service is provided to our clients.

Jeff’s experience in construction spans over 25 years. Starting as a laborer, he worked his way up through many trades to ultimately becoming a project manager in the commercial construction industry. His dedication, hard work, and passion towards customer service and satisfaction is the fuel that drives every project he manages. After receiving his Project Management Certificate from University of Washington in 2012, Jeff has continued to successfully manage hundreds of projects in the Seattle and Tacoma area while creating strong, trusting, long lasting relationships.
